NewGen's "Direct Milled" Orthotic Technology

What makes NewGen Advanced Orthotics Lab unique is our use of super high quality "in house" direct milling technology. As opposed to the heating method of orthotics, our orthotics are directly milled out of a solid block of polypropylene.Each orthotic is then "customized" in the machine for each patient. The results are a super thin, extra high quality "custom" orthotic made to an EXACTING rigidity for the patient. The mill can also make perfect interior or exterior posting without the need of other materials, which is another great benefit of manufacturing orthotics in this way.
